I started off using “Code-It” for my home health agency over ten years ago. I quickly learned that my average reimbursement went up $350 dollars per episode. I then started utilizing “Consult-It” for quality assurance programs. Their QAPI reports were seamless and so easy to implement. I needed a emergency disaster plan and I received one the same day. It was simple to implement. I needed a COVID policy, and I received one the same day. Once again it was simple to implement. I then utilized the on-site survey prep or mock survey” what an educational event for myself and my staff. The surveyors were so kind and helpful, educating us throughout the process and giving us the resources to be ready for a survey. Next time survey came to our agency, my staff were prepared and we were deficiency free. I would recommend Oracle to anybody no matter how small or big your agency is.
